How to report a bug

We definitely read every post here and (unless technically impossible) add it onto our internal scheduling and rating board. Some requests are more complex than others so we're not immediately prepared to answer them - but we're trying to become faster. Thanks for your contributions!

Thomas Willberger At this post here is a bug reported too. Could be nice to get the lens length problem fixed. Maybe there is wish list for the adjustable lens length too.

Thank you for your endurance. (I try to get all the bugs out of my head and afraid I could forget something to bring on the bug list, so I'm not so patient some times. If I know it's on the list I can forget ... until I run it again. )

In a thread I have been asked to supply log files. Maybe this thread is the place to explain where these files are so we can expedite the process.

westywun Use the Feedback Button and we get all your relevant log files (collected from several places).

When I open Enscape in sketchup or revit (the only two programs I use it for), the Enscape start-up window won't allow me to close it, therefor I cant work in these programs unless I uninstall Enscape.

JLetwinetz you can Alt+F4 out of the window, but I'm not sure it stays closed for further start-ups. Take a look at %LocalAppData%\Enscape\Enscape.config and set the value for ShowFirstStepsWindow to false for a more permanent solution.

A ticket support system would be nice. it's better organized. You collect the data you need, it's not discussed publicy and you could upload project data privately.
