    I need immediate assistance for this issue. I was charged for a license: A-S00036057 (that was cancelled) the day after I received a cancellation email! My Case Number is 00795699. I've been emailing support and reaching out to almost all Enscape Channels and no one is responding. How is it lawful that Enscape has taken money for a cancelled subscription that was never activated?


    PLEASE HELP, I need a refund for $699 ASAP! Who can I talk to to resolve this?!
