teleportation problem - fix by friday morning?

hi

i wonder if it's possible that we have the teleportation fix by monday morning? as i have a presentation done in sketchup

Just download the newest version from our website or the sketchup extension warehouse. The teleportation problem should be fixed with this release.

hi simon

i tried to update via extension manager but got a "failed to...." error message. Then i uninstalled the plugin via the extension manager, and installed by selecting "install extension".

Now when i open sketchup i get the attaced error (error2.jpg).

it looks like the update through the extension warehouse does things a little bit different than updates by manually installing a newer rbz file. Unfortunately we can't test the extension warehouse update until the extension is published.

Close SketchUp (all of them)

Go to %appdata%\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins\enscape and delete the folder Bin64

Restart SketchUp

I got it to work by:

Uninstall using the Extension Warehouse.
Close down SketchUp
Restart SketchUp
Install Extension

Do not try to use the update feature in the Extension Warehouse. For some reason that does not work. Also do not try to uninstall and then install in the same SketchUp session. I found that the two operations have to be done in two separate sessions.

i've got it to work - just deleted the enscape folder and the enscape.rb.
