In Revit 2018 new functionality is added to insert a coordination model (Navisworks).
Could this please also (optional) be implemented so I can see the coordination model in Enscape as well??
This would help me a lot!

I could be wrong, but the way this is implemented in Revit might make this really difficult.
The coordination model is not really part of the model, and therefor not included in any export you call from Revit.

We can see linked Revit files in Enscape...but you're saying that the linked coordination model (Navisworks) is not visible?
Could the Navisworks model be exported to fbx/dwg and then imported the same way Rhino and applications import their geometry?
Sure it's an extra step...but for a short term fix this might be acceptable.

Any news on when would be this implemented in Enscape? It is pretty critic for one of our clients, they're even thinking in quitting Enscape because of that...

xsb We would love to make everything possible but that's unfortunately not realistic.
We're currently working on the support of ArchiCad. Once it's finished we'll check the votes on our trello board and feedback in general.

There's always, I dunno, doing coordination in software designed specifically for coordination? Navisworks, Solibri, etc... Enscape's dedicated focus on live-visualisation is the very reason why I opted for it, over the other wouldbe contender (at the time) Revizto. If you're providing such services, then it pays to get paid to play with the correct tools.

Big companies move slowly, sometimes it last monthts for them to get new software. They already have Enscape, so they would give it a try for this too. For the moment they're exporting Plant 3D models to "normal" dwgs in order to insert them in Revit and run Enscape, but yes, Revizto would probably be the choice for the future.

It's only a coordination model because that's what Autodesk have chosen to call it.
It's a Navisworks model.
Navisworks models can now be imported into Revit and displayed in any view.
On one of our projects, our MEP consultant only provides us with Navisworks model as they don't use Revit.
It would be very useful for us to be able to see these in Enscape as well.
I for one, hope this can be implemented in a future release.

Perhaps ask them to provide you a file better suited? Enscape's more than happy with .ifc

We are also dealing with a (mechanical) party which only delivers navis models.
They put models together in Autocad from several suppliers into one very large navis model. Importing the dwg files into Revit is not possible (while Revit translates building elements but not all 3D Autocad objects) and converting to IFC takes 2 days work (for every update!). So using the coordination model is the only way.
Not able to show my client what his project is going to look like in Enscape now - worthless.
We HAVE to take our client through the navis model now which is a real pain
