Exact same problem here. No stuck keys, "sticky key" feature disabled. Happens fairly frequently. Only fix is to exit Enscape and restart.

As of the last update we can no longer get panoramas to pan on android phones. Apple devices still work. The link to the cloud works, but view can only pan up and down, not side to side. Tried on three different phones including Galaxy S8. Previously had no issues with phones.
