In the second Video, on the left side, under the 1st floor slab, on ground floor, the lights are also not 'normal'. Why do they behave so? what could be the solution?

Hello Everybody,
I have a problem it occurs when i render a Video.
Basically, the clouds, lights and some elements are flikering when I render a Video.
That is a bit annoying and sad because all my work and efforts go to waste.
I would like to learn your thoughts and suggestions if ther are..

hi Everybody,
i would like to know aswell if there is an updatee on this issue.
I tried to do neighbours (created with Körper) transparent for a presesentation which is quiete importent to see them in the releationship of our design.
and i couldnt.I hope there is an update
