Hi
I think it will make our materials much more realistic if we had the option to add
Displacement and Normal maps at the same time
right now we have to choose between them
Thanks

Did you try pressing "5" on the number pad?
If you press "5" on the number pad, it will zoom in on the object.
Yes I have done it but there is no imported geometry and it happened for two other assets too

Please add a preview part to the Material editor to prevent from opening enscape dozens of times to see the materials (it will be hard for bigger projects)
I mean it is nice to have a nice preview of materials like other software have it (preview on wall-sphere ...)
Javad Hamidi , thank you! I have more than gladly forwarded that as a feature request. If you like to elaborate briefly on why exactly this would be a great addition to you then I can also forward that as additional Feedback to our developers.
Personally, I don't want to have all of my assets in one place because when I want to send the project to others I don't want to find each asset manually and I can put each project custom assets in its own folder and in a bigger project the management will be far easier
I have too many custom assets and it is a mess and I will be more than happy if we could categories them
I don't it is a general need or no but if I could have multiple paths for my asset libraries would be great
I wanted to post the same thing when I saw it right now
for me it will be a life saver
Hi Javad Hamidi , thanks a lot for the report - can you kindly provide me with any of the textures (or ideally the .fbx file alongside) which do not seem to display the correct results? You could upload the files to wetransfer.com for example and share the link here afterward. Please also make sure you're using our latest release or latest preview. If you have also not yet tried the preview, and if you have the time, please give that a shoot as well for troubleshooting purposes.
Thanks a lot in advance.
The problem is when we optimize native files this problem occurs but if we would not do that everything will be fine
I understood the problem it was for scaling
but another problem that I have is my 3ds max file is scaled property but when I import it in Enscape custom assets it will be huge
The bed is sth like 1.8 meters but it will be 80 m I don't what is the exact problem
Hi I am using RTX 2060 G GB
and VRAM Usage is on 60%
I will do that ASAP
Update
I think there is a problem with RayTrace mode
turn it off it will be ok
I have received a big plunge in my Revit performance after the installation of Enscape 3.1
IDK what is the exact problem also I am using a good pc so it should handle both of them perfectly and it was working well with both of them until I installed the 3.1 version
