Please cast your votes in our two ongoing feedback polls here and here!

Please pardon the delay but do you still experience this? And where are you located in which country? If you still run into this problem make sure to also send us a report with logs to the technical support team directly for further troubleshooting, whenever you experience any issues with Enscape generally.

Meanwhile you can also check the following article here just to make sure it's not the firewall or perhaps a proxy you're using which is blocking the upload.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Tried the tips in the knowledgebase article, still no success. I've send an error report. Hope this will be resolved soon, since I'm on a deadline...

The smart people of Enscape looked in to my feedback report and recognized this bug. Apparently it will be fixed in the next update. By using your tip (to copy my project and make it a lot lighter (from 196.000 mb to 134.000) by removing a lot of components, I could at least make some stills. For now I'm good with this work around. I'll try waiting for the update, since I'm not overly file-clearing-savvy... ;) But thanks so much for your insights!

Update: The smaller file eventually, was not workable so I followed the Enscape instructions on how the deinstall and reinstall a preview Enscape version they send me after I send in an file report from within Enscape. (including the removal of the %appdata% etc, I did it all) and now it works great again. And I'm proud of myself since I'm a lot more computer savvy then I thought! :saint:

I got great and fast help after submitting the feedback report. Enscape send me a preview of a coming update and notes on how to remove the pervious versions from my computer and reinstalling the new one. Now Enscape works like a charm. My first thought, that the issue only came up in larger files, turned out to be false. Good luck!

Make sure to remove leftovers from %APPDATA%\Enscape , %LOCALAPPDATA%\Enscape, after unistalling the Enscape and before installing older versions, Did you try it? if it does not help you any make sure to visit the following link and update your Vulkan Plugin https://sdk.lunarg.com/sdk/dow…T-1.3.231.1-Installer.exe

    Thanks Demian,

I just submitted the feedback report. Hope to hear soon.

    Hi!

I suddenly get this error code when firing up Enscape: error code - Vulkan Error: vk::Queue::submit: ErrorDeviceLost at queue submit.

Then Sketchup crashes. I'm using the newest version of enscape. Tried downgrading to older version and updated all my drivers! (my son double checked so I'm sure that its updated) It would be wonderful to gain some insight into why this is happening. The file is only 196mb and doesn't use any overly high resolution textures. Other (smaller) projects work fine but one in particular triggers this message. Eventually I deleted a lot of elements in my project, sized the file down to 134.657 KB and that worked.

But 360's or a walk/fly through aren't possible in this down sized project anymore.

    So, help wanted!

    Thanks, Berber

    Hi Demian,

So....I checked my Enscape version, it is indeed 3.4.1. Then I made a screenshot only to re-discover the Panoramic input option... (for cchutt )I found it in the drop down menu where you can pick a background. But Demian.... yes, I'm on a deadline and maybe a bit stressed but I'm pretty sure the panoarmic option wasn't there earlier this week.... But well.... I rest my case and plan a vacation...:/:saint:

    Cheers, Berber
