I have a project that requires a beach scene to showcase a mobile tiny home design.
A realistic looking grassy hill above the sand and beach.
I have no idea how to go about this in Enscape any suggestions or existing SketchUp models would be ever so much appreciated

This morning I downloaded and installed the latest studio driver version 472.12.
This update seems to create a communication breakdown between SketchUp and Enscape.
A newly opened file behaves normally for a little while but as time progresses both S & E seem to get caught up in processing the info, little blue circle spinning for ages on Sketchup.
I have been having to shut down and restart every 10 or so minutes as it becomes impossible to get any work done.
Even setting Enscape to draft render mode and making the window as small as possible makes no difference.
Please help!

Hey there lovely people,
Has anybody else encountered this problem? Quite regularly Enscape freezes for no apparent reason then 'render error' pop up box appears.
Whichever option I choose it remains frozen and I have to go to task manager to close.
I have Nvidia studio driver version 471.41 installed, apparently the latest version.
Oh dear, I'm working at a snails pace here

Hey there lovely Enscape team.
I know I have posted about this many times, but PLEASE can you put your efforts into improving mirror reflections.
The results at the moment really pull down interior renders and panoramas.
It's incredibly frustrating for me when my clients express their disappointment .

I'm experiencing issues with version 3.00 not showing textures in mirror reflections.
Have tested same scene in version 2.9 no problems.

This happens quite a bit with files that have been imported from Transmutr and I am sure from other imports. I just purchased a set of SketchUp models from Globe Plants and all of the models are like this when I open them. Any reason why Enscape can't just resolve this on its own by looking in the same folder of the SKP file and re-path all of these things? Huge giant pain to fix this.

Please Enscape team let this be fixed with your next version release. It costs your users soooo much time!

Where exactly does SketchUp place the materials in a model on ones machine?
I'm looking at Sketchup files from colleagues that have the textures embedded in SketchUp but Enscape renders grey.
I'm hoping I can simply relink them, if I only knew where to find them!
Any assistance would be so much appreciated.

For those of us who have no experience or understanding of animated textures will the Enscape team put together a step by step tutorial aimed at beginner level?
What time frame before animated fire will be available in the asset library?
Just pop it into the fire pit and it looks a million dollars straight out of the box, that's what I'm hoping for from a landscape designer point of view
Ladyzaun I have the same problem.
A work around is to model extra geometry on the ouside to 'block out' the light and colour that geometry black.

Can I also add that proxys are changed from wire boxes to something similar to asset library.
Some kind of silhouette. It gets soooo confusing when you have hundreds of proxys in a model.

amcn I have updated to version 2.8.1 and the problem has been resolved! Hopefully the same will apply to Revit
Did you use Simlab or how did you get the .fbx into Sketchup?
I used Transmutr. I have the trial version of Simlab but the textures were a mess too.
Hello rifkin would you mind sharing your workflow using UMC, I think I'm on the wrong track as the textures are either distorted or the entire model is only one grey tone when viewing in SketchUp. Your assistance is very much appreciated!
