I have experienced what you're seeing BUT it goes away if you render with auto exposure off.

Try rendering with auto exposure off and a manual value set.
I’m going to guess that your initial view in Enscape is the bright window, Enscape renders multiple views and then stitches them into one pano, it seems to struggle with auto adjusting the espouse if it starts with an extremely bright view.
Alternatively if you want to try with auto exposure you could try pointing your view away from the window before starting the pano render.
