Thanks for the Reset! I have sent a Email with Screenshots of my Device Manager List. I hope it helps. AndI although wrote I'm think about upgrade it to a Floating License, but I don't know how to do it and waiting for an Instruction.

I haven't changed any component, and it happened 3 times in 3 days in a row. Someone said could be Windows 11 's problem. I don't know.

Hi Demian, I have had the same issue since I bought the License last Month, and your college has reset my License a couple of times, but every time when I reopen my Enscape, the Machine fingerprint changes. So every time when I want to use it I have to ask to reset my License. Is there anyone have the same problem?
