Display MoreOmar Zayed , the error you've sent us in this thread indicates that Enscape could not connect to our Asset Library / Licensing server.
I'm not entirely sure if you tried to input the proxy configuration settings a described below?
Just to make sure, you can do that by opening the General Settings window and selecting the Network option. Click the Edit Proxy Settings button, which will open the Enscape Proxy Server window. Then un-check the Use System Default checkbox to allow your proxy server details to be entered. You may need to ask your IT Administrator what information you need to fill out in these fields.

Another possibility is also that your firewall is blocking Enscape from connecting to our Asset Library server. Please set the following URL exceptions, that are for connection to the Enscape Asset Library, Web Standalone, Panoramas, and Feedback services, to listen on port ‘443‘ with protocol set to TCP (http and https):

Please contact me again if this issue persists!
Hi i experienced the same issue, and i can't seem to add URL exclusion to the windows firewall, because there is only option for app or ip exclusion only, maybe a step by step guide would alot.
