i have contacted support to transfer a license to a different email due to a typo. I got told it has been done and but it doesn't show on the old or new email. Please help as I'm unable to produce any renders because of this which means that work has stopped!

Has anyone ever come across this issue.
Quick image here using Enscape Grass from the Material LIbrary. Personally, this works well for me (obviously might be very different for others) but I can get decent visuals and do not have to bog down my model with unwanted geometry.
What settings and texture have you used here?
Either would be great to see results and listen to any tips.
I believe I aren't getting the satisfactory results in comparison to of render software and it would be great is you could have a bit of differentiation in the grass types. The file used to generate always seems to have a very bulky leaf size.
I have seen people change the enscape grass file out previously and it does look better. That would be great if you could have multiple of them files within one site. (the multi colour grass profile)

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience modelling golf courses or landscapes using SketchUp-Enscape and if you could share works and any tips that would be great.
My main areas to study would be defining the different grass heights for fairway collars, greens as well as bunker walls etc.
