I don't have 'Double-Cut'.
And follow the step from Hayley's email.
- Navigate to Add/Remove programs in Windows.
- Uninstall Enscape by using the 'Uninstall' button
- Following the completion of the uninstall, please delete the following directories:
- C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Enscape
- C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Enscape
- C:\Users\<YOUR_USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\Enscape
- C:\Program Files\Enscape
- Then install Enscape Enscape-3.5.0-preview.6+90395
But the problem still exists and has not been solved.

Everytime when I select a component and "save as external model for Enscape", SketchUp must crash.
Enscape version - 3.4.2+89611
SketchUp version 22.0.354 64bit
I also reported on feedback.

Enscape 3.1 and RTX2070s and NVIDIA RTX Ray Tracing was checked.
People can't be seen from the reflection of glass, but trees can.
Anyone know why? Thank you.

The material editor did not respond. And then the material editor that turned on Enscape didn't respond for about a minute.
