    Hi thanks for the help, the issue has been solved.

    I logged in the account email from which the purchase was made, and saw that the slot was stuck used in one of my pc's. I then had to delete enscape from that pc completely - it was not working otherwise - then checked the activity at the website under stats and it worked!

    Hello, i have had the issue described below for the past week.

    I have purchased a floating license on 19/10/2019 and have been using it on multiple pc's (obviously closing and reopening the program through Sketchup to avoid the no slots message).

    The past week it keeps losing all the license key and when i copy paste it (i do get the 'thank you for using escape message' when the file loads it shows again the ' no slots available'message.

    I have tried it in all of my pc's, laptops but it does not work anywhere. The subscritpion was renewed on 19/10/19 so it should be working fine.

    Can anyone help as i have work to be done!

    Just saw the reason - on the 'about' section' it says;

    Floating license - used slots: 1 of 1

    (You are currently NOT consuming a floating license slot).

    The problem is that enscape is not used in ANY of my machines. I have restarted, task manager cleared and hard closed any and all Skethup programs that were running. Then i restarted all machines and it keeps reading the same message.

    Hello Enscape team,

    i have encountered a strange issue. Enscape stucks and freezes when loading always at 95% - It also freezes sketchup completely. I have to use the task manager to re-open it and then it does the same. I have tried rebooting, closing all startup programs and opening it in a blank sketchup file.

    I am using a latest alienware laptop with a GTx1060 and until a few days it used to run smoothly and very fast. I have not installed anything at all nor i have updated windows.

    again, amazing work with the material editor so far!

    One question to anyone that might know.

    I have been trying to achieve a realistic curtain material but when I place a farbic texture, and then i change its transparency (even to 99%), iin the eenscape viewer it looks like its emissive, or it emits light (glowing to be exact)... It is the only main issue i have with interiors, as i have a quite realistic looking interior and then the curtain ruins it all.

    Any workaround or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi guys,

    the new preview version seems to have fixed the issues. It is even faster in loading it than the stable version.

    The only thing that i would mention is that it "lags" a bit that now, and it it not in the stable version. Maybe its the emissive materials that i had put (not lights). I ll play a bit with it and get back to you.

    yes just tried it again. as said before, when i install the stable version, all projects open fine. When i install the preview version (latest) large projects (that have not been created AFTER i installed the preview version) are stuck in the load screen of enscape. If i create a project from scratch (have not done any big file tests) it works fine.

    I have seen that many users have reported this and one of your admins said that you are aware and that it will be ficed in the new stabl;e versions as there is a known issue with large files. Can you confirm this?

    Jonathan Knoefel - Do you want the whole file? as in a dropbox link with the skp17 file? Please guide me through so I can send you whatever you need.

    The funny thing is that when i open a new SKP file, and i manually copy - paste in place all elements (takes a lot of time) it seems to work fine. As said before - it opens all nely created files but not ones created on the stable version!!

    first of all THANK YOU for the lights - i have already purchased a license but if i had not that would definitely push my to buy one! The reflections are very improved too.

    So i have the following issue:

    When i install a stable version, files from Sketchup work fine - meaning the load quickly relatively to heir size etc.

    When i install the preview version - those files - that have been created when i had the stable version installed - just don't load - i am stuck eternally in the escape start screen.

    If i create a new file from scratch - new design for example and load the preview Enscape version - it just works again...

    Am i missing something here?

    Hello all,

    thank you for this amazing program, it has helped us a lot, especially in fast test renders ! We will be posting some soon.

    We purchased the program a few days ago (Sketchup 2017) and it keeps popping up a notification about a new update.

    Once I go to the extension manager though and try to update it i keep getting the following message:

    "Failed to update Enscape for Sketchup. Unable to read extension Archive."

    I am logged in with my gmail account within the extension manager when i try to update it.

    My pc is brand new,

    windows 10 latest updates

    Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 and

    8 Cores i7600 k @ 4.00GHz.

    Is there something that can be done or Is there a way to manually download any update and install it in the pluggin directory OR to just run it through the extension manager by uninstalling and reinstalling it - and then providing the lisence again.
