Please note: Should you experience issues with Enscape or your subscription, and in case of any urgent inquiries/questions (e.g. regarding our upcoming licensing changes) please reach out to our dedicated support team via the Help Center or Support button as detailed here.

Do/can Enscape provide a more detailed breakdown of the bugs you are fixing and the applications affected per release?

Just saying Bugfixes and stability improvements gives us no indication as to whether the update is relevant to us or not. Our IT departments are already under significant load, we don't need to unnecessarily burden them with additional tasks if the updates aren't relevant.

    Thanks for your understanding.

We also have resolved schema errors within our models and have tested within Revit 2024.2. We have high confidence that all schema conflicts have been resolved within our models, but are still seeing this issue within using Enscape.

In tests, Revit 2024 takes 15 seconds longer (150%) to open when the Enscape addin is installed, can Enscape speed this up? With users frequently required to open second Revit sessions (for optioneering, editing links etc), this additional time can be frustrating. We have a growing number of users that are choosing to disable the Enscape addin to speed up the Revit start up time, and enabling it when it's required. Neither of these are conducive to efficient working.

To be clear, I am referring to the startup of Revit, not opening projects, or enabling the Enscape window.

Do any other organisations see this as an issue?

    TIA

    Hi Demien,

The issue appears to be resolved in the latest version. Thanks

Can I make a suggestion - The version history would be more useful if you indicated which bugs were fixed in the release. As you frequently release new versions, it would be easier for Practices to determine whether it's worthwhile upgrading or not. Especially larger Practices with many deployments.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    Hy guys,

We're testing Enscape, and really like what we've seen so far, but have an issue. In our models none of the artificial lighting is visible. The families can be seen in the model, but they do not cast light in Enscape. The IES Gallery example file works fine, however copying this content into our standard template, the artificial lights don't work.

Does Enscape use a Revit setting to control Artificial Lighting visibility? or is there something else I'm missing? :/:S

    Regards,

    K
