Couldn't agree more, Enscape can we PLEASE have this sorted?
+1 - is there a way Version 2.8 can include this feature? It would be VERY helpful with workflow
Hi Thomas, just hoping to check whether material options can be added to the agenda for version 2.8. This would be very helpful
Sorry for such a long delay between posts. I had missed the notification. The error is still present on my PC and many others here in the office.
The Asset Library window loads fine, nice and quick. What I'm struggling with is the load time per object, and every time we flick between construction and vegetation for example I get hit with "loading..."
It's extremely frustrating and discourages our team from using the assets altogether.
Sadly I'm still experiencing the same problem with version 2.7. Even clicking between the sub groups such as "Lighting" and "Vegetation" seems to take about 5-10 to process.
Are there any tips or advise for work arounds here?
nwergin I will second your query - alphabetical order was very helpful and matched our Revit files nicely, no the list appears to be all over the show?
Would like to add to this thread - while a appreciate the 200+ assets added to the 12th of Nov release, I can barely find them because the download speeds in the browser are so slow... on 100Mbps connection....It's driving us away from using your assets completely....
Just ran a few more tests after installing the latest version. looks like the problems solved... Thanks Team!!
Just wondering if anyone else has had issues using Decals within Enscape? From time to time we find some Decals don't appear within Enscape, however they are clearly visible in Revit's "realistic appearance" view setting. Seems to happen with Decals cutting for transparent regions
Not sure whether this has been addressed within latest update 21/05/19?..... I note there was some discussion regarding V2.5 back in April about this?
Just wondering whether there is an ability to convert the render appearance of people to solid colours, say white or grey?
Any chance we might be able to export an alpha channel from the render image function? this would be ideal for photo-montaged high res backgrounds which can be difficult to control within Enscape
Ok thanks for the update, you wouldn't happen to know whether the outline item something that might take weeks or months? If it's likely to take months I think we might try to revert back to V2.4.
Do you have a workthrough for V2.4 installation?
Thanks for your reply. I have now added feedback.
I have also uploaded three images of similar spaces within the same building. The main area to focus on here is the "outline" settings, most noticeable at roof level where the definition is lost.
Image 2 is produced on V2.4 and from our perspective looked great. From memory 5% outline
Image 3 is produced on V2.5, looks terrible, heavy definition on ceiling and using 1% outline
Image 4 is produced on V2.5, looks terrible, no definition on ceiling and using 0% outline
While I understand it's hard to compare the two different angles, I think the quality of image should speak for itself?
Hope to have this resolved shortly??
Thanks for your help in advance
Experiencing some issues with that latest update... It's now crashing constantly and very stop / start while walking through in one of our files. This file hasn't changed at all since the update from 2.4.4, and was running seamlessly with the version of Enscape.
In addition we find the edges to be very dominant now when exporting still images, and now have to turn them off....the end result is poor when compared to 2.4.4.
Can someone please help ?
Any update on the batch render aspect ratio update? We are constantly having issues with this here in our office, and saving one by one takes far too long on a large project.
Hope to hear from you soon,
I'd just like to add to this thread. Am also having issues with the batch render. Both fixed aspect ratios and "window" do not seem to link back to the batch render processor.
I am currently having to render 1 image at a time which is very time consuming.
Hopefully the team will have a solution shortly!
