I've been playing around with enscape recently and loving it so far.

In Chaos Cosmos, there is an option to merge the assets with the vray material editor. And then we get access to the materials of those chaos cosmos assets.

Unfortunately, I didn't find this option in enscape.

Is it possible to adjust the materials of enscape assets such as downlights?
I would like to make it emissive and show up in the renders.

Hi,

Vray 6 has a new feature called proportion guides, whereby we can frame renders better by using the rule of thirds composition, etc.

If this feature is going to be added in Enscape for future releases, it would be great!

Hi,

I've been tinkering with the custom asset editor and noticed an issue.

When I brought in the model at its original scale and imported it into Sketchup, I noticed that the preview was waayyy too big.

So I fixed the scale, by adjusting the value in the custom asset editor. And when I saved and imported it again, the model gets updated when I view it in enscape. But the preview remains the big size.

So I had to remove the asset from the custom asset editor, and added it again. This time, before I saved & exported, I fixed the scale beforehand. And now the preview shows up correctly.

But I would like the preview (bounding box proxy) to get updated as I change the scale of the model as well.

I'm using a lapto that doesn't conme with the numpad, pageup, home & other keys you get in a regular keyboard.

Is there an alternative to use the shortcuts mentioned in enscape with a regular keyboard?

Also, what would be the same shortcuts on a MAC? I couldn't find any articles on shortcuts for Enscape for Mac.

Is this feature available in the latest versino of Enscape?

I tried bringing in Megascan assets through Transmutr. But when I started enscape, they simply showed up as proxies

Is there any way for these to work on Enscape?

They however work with Vray as shown below

I also noticed that the Chaos Cosmos assets do not work with Enscape.
