Is the coordinate center the same as the origin?

Thank you very much! Since the file is quite large I will send you a Wetransfer link. This is the complete project, so not the small part:

Not exactly 10x10 meters okay, but it is a lot smaller than before and still the problem persists

I have tried exporting only a small part of the project, so like 10x10 m and opening that in Enscape, but I get the same issue

Yes, I defined my units as meters in the top image and mm in the bottom image

I have been using Enscape for half a year with a student licence. Recently I started a project which covers quite a large region. When I try to make a render using Enscape in Rhino, for some reason it only makes a low quality image with weird grass and generally strange textures (see first image). The whole navigation experience is odd. The screen flickers and sometimes completely disappears.
My other rhino project (which is significantly smaller) does produce nice high quality images (see image 2).
I tried exporting a small part of the larger project, but even when there are just a few surfaces Enscape behaves strangely. I set my Enscpe quality to High with a resolution of 1080p. And grass rendering is selected on... I suspect that it has something to do with the scale or units of the project? I used meters in the low quality project, while in the high quality project I used mm...
This is really a problem, because I have a presentation on Friday and I simply can't do with these results.
