I work in architectural visualisation using enscape. Unfortunately I'm unable to have a proper gradient with transluscent material.
I've tried several tips, *.psd file, *.AI file, each time a png, but the rendering is some kind of noisy, whatever resolution I use (till Ultra).

I've also tried to make multiple material from 95% to 0% opacity, but the rendering is still unsatisfying.

Maybe the resolution of the gradient png is a problem, I mean the dpi.

Here's a pic of what I get.

Forgot to say, I use sketchup 2020 and enscape 2.8.0

I have some issue using Enscape.

I may use translucency the wrong way, but maybe not.
Here's the problem, I have a tinted glass wall outside a building, it's a lightly colored glass, and when I'm inside the building and I'm looking through another glass, the tint doesn't appear anymore.

I had the same problem with textured glasses seen through other glasswall in another project.
Maybe you could help me, I'm not really specialized in refraction etc.

Here is the picture, on the left is how it is supposed to look like, outside the building in this case, and on the right through the windows of the building.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear.
Does the 3D model have to be placed at Z=0 coordinate?

While using enscape, I notices a Show/hide Map button in the menu (shortcut M)
I've tried to find where to set this up but didn't succeed.

Is there a way to insert a level map with sketchup in enscape?

Unfortunately, I don't have this folder. As shown on the attached file.

I already tried playing all the samples using WMP, VLC, and the volume is normal.

Maybe there's a stereo space mode or something like that.

Hi guys.

Have discovered your software recently. It's astonishing compare to the work process for an export in Unreal Engine.

Here's my issue, I have to say that I'm really a newbie with this software, but I haven't found the solution neither in the forum nor by myself trying to switch the options in enscape.

The fact is that when I import a sound / noise in my sketchup model, the volume is absolutely poor in enscape. I've tried everything I knew, wav and mp3 format, increasing the rings size of the sound, elevate it to the viewer's height, the switch is enabled of course, at 100%, and windows volume too, loudspeaker too.

If you have any idea, that'd be great.
