This is a well known problem of circles an round shapes at all
Not a problem of revit
The renderengine try to reduce the triangulation, because in enscape is everything only triangles, expect the Assets loaded from library

we are still missing some Assets, special for people dressed as we would like to see in a decent area in hospitals. Also some additional custom used equipment not to find in the internet or in the asset library we would like to use.
some month ago I tried to convert FBX or OBJ files to Custom assets, those times I could solve and have added a few assets. Today. I went forward with some new downloaded FBX-Files. but non of those exported *glTX-Files from blender delivered a texture. I tried people - ok, they are more complex, I tried a desk lamp, but since those materials are a packed map, I did not get any material in Enscape Asset Editor Preview.

Enscape 3.3.1 ( will create Update package for 3.5. when released :))
I tried to find some tutorials, but could not solve my problem. some suggestions?
just one sidenote,
try to use Materialmapping for grass short with a picture of hay and maybe you will get a quicker result than using blender.
but for other things, I also try to find a good ressource- would like to customise 3D-People and impert as custom assets in Enscape

just curios how this could be done in the best way?
can I use the newest Iphone/Ipad with LiDar-Scanner and export the elements in a spezific format?
do you have a workaround to create nice unique assets?

curiosity is high...
open a smal project, in 
2020. started Enscape, set the camera and tried to export a picture. but CRASH....
Resolutuion is set to Ultra HD - like to support 4K-Monitors. got the response from Support to reduce the Resolution.... In 3.1. I could render several pictures in a row in Ultra HD without trouble....
this issue is reported.
I am writing this post, because I someway hate to get reply like:
- purge your project,
- use scopeboxes
- reduce materials
- try to get the newest graficcard driver
maybe I am wrong, but would be nice to have a software running not only on the newest laptops/hardware and every time requieres the newest updates for graphiccards.
Please Enscape - the Software is awesome - but please be aware, that the user sometimes has not the possibility to get everything as new as possible but still want to use your application....
in the previos versions 2.x the was a function to save the view from Revit to Enscape.
Seems this funktion is gone in version 3.x
sad, we used a lot to save configured angle of view to Revit to be sure we can do rendering from same place. creating a 3D-camera view in Revit that looks good in Enscape is a challange.
Is there some thoughts to bring the "Export View to Revit" function back?
First, big Thumbs up for the developing on Web-Standalone, the quality is great.

for outside scene it is awesome. but we have lots of in house designes.
starting the Web-Standalone is so dark and blue it is not like the Rendering in Enscape ( Outside looks almost the same like in Enscape on Revit)
Is there a posibility to change the starting light temperature? could not figure where to change, tried a lot but failed all time.
When changing the DayTime the inside is also changing from blue to someway orange or brown scene.
I tried to add custom people using "create custom assets" but all models end up same position and not the material/Pictures for clothes are not pached correct.
What is the best way to create people as additional assets? or is there no way to do this, only chairs or other geometric things.

some names, vor Example in the people.pdf are not visible full. the first and last letters are cutted. maybe it could be changed by using smaller fonts

sure, I have the understanding, that lots of settings are stored in a project.
but:
Did you never thought about, that this could be a demand?
storing the settings in a project is fine, when changing from default, but the default settings should be maintained and deployed by IT.
this is my request, I hope your IT-Team can create a good "company"-deployment experience as same as the already very well single user experience

in one of the previous versions I could just copy the folder settings, but now it seams to be very different.
and I found the possibility to log in as a user in the interface -but I cant find something in the Admin-Login where to add users.

My idea would be to have create animation by using native parameter, for example Door with Door-Opening-Parameter. then we can set on Frame 0:30 <0°> and on Frame 0:40 <110°> so that the door will open in the Video and we can create more realistic videos.
this will also work with all Families, we need something like a Storyboard, where we can add Families and Parameter should be changed during the Renderingprocess
dreeming about this possibilities in my homeoffice

We have now some experience with Revit and Video-output.
one thing would be nice to have, using the previe we can anable the "Map" with "M". It would be very nice to see the map in one corner for output. to present a large projects running throug many rooms it helps a lot to see a map.
that are some ideas, would be nice to see something of that in the next version.
We have done lots of WR-Codes for Marketings,
these presentations are now out in the fields we are not able to find every person, who has the old QR-Codes.
I tested now to render QR-Codes with 2.5.1 und 2.6. today created Codes are working in the iOS13, you are right.
Is there any possibility to redesign the codes or the source that the older WQR-Codes are working same?
