sorry, no, this is all done in sketchup, when the import process is all done
OK great thank you so much, will give it a go!

Display MoreThank you very much! I'm glad you like the method.
The cutting of the terrain is actually very basic. I simply make a plane in the shape of my site (in 2d), extrude it to a tall "box" form, and then group it. now, simply place it over the imported context model in the exact location, and make sure it intercepts with the geometry. Now, choose "intercept with model", and the box should draw lines in the context model in the shape of the site. This should make it easy to delete anything on the site itself, leaving a precise cut-out in the context model. now you can replace it with whatever you want.
In the case of my video, i already had a 3d model of my site, with gradings and everything.
I hope that helps!
Do you do this within Blender itself Herbo ?
Thank you so much for this Herbo. I am just going through the process now. I wondered, how did you manage to cut the site area out of your model in sketchup @1.01 in your video?
I have a residential site area I would like to cut and replace certain buildings with but not sure how to do it!
100% would love the details on how to get to this Herbo looks like you have done a fantastic job!
Great work Steven! Love the axo's and cutaway!
I always wondered how this scene looks in Enscape. Now I know that it can look great! Thanks! Awesome job.
Where is this scene from?!
Jonathan Knoefel well, kind of both. If you can increase the length of the hedge and not lose any graphical representation then great. It's mainly to reduce the amount of small bushes we use in a row and also on top of each other!
I would actually love to see a small, medium and long hedge, I'm constantly placing small bush assets and then adjusting their height, would prefer to be able to use a hedgerow or something similar.
how are you putting the qr codes on your floor plans? loading as images?
Yes exactly that!
I haven't no, sorry I'm swamped with another project at the moment, I've not come across the same problem however, if I do I will use the support for sure!
Is this done by the phase material override in Revit?
We have used the Panoramics on a live project on site. We developed certain areas of the building that were of significant importance to the client (reception areas, classrooms).
In Revit we produced floor plans with a QR code in the area where the view is taken from, this was all judged by having our world coordinates set up correctly. We produced a poster that included the floor plan and associated QR code as well as instructions on how to open the file.
Once scanned on a smart phone or device, the user was then taken to what would be the final outcome infront of them. This was particularly useful for giving an idea of space before any partitions were installed on site.
It worked really well and all the clients were extremely happy with the final outcome.

We do mostly schools so from a visual point of view, expanding your library of RPC people to children (like the ones you can get at AXYZ and also with Lumion) would be a great help to us.
Some expanded vegetation too would be nice!
You need to alter the time from frame to frame not anything in the settings. If you've set your 1st keyframe at 00:00 and your second keyframe is at 00:01 it's going to be incredibly quick so you need to extend the timeframe on the second or last keyframe as it sets the overall time of the animation.
Hope that makes sense!
You can only render up to 8K as far as I am aware. 7680 x 4320.
