    I have message saying my license is deactivated because I've exceeded the number of seats. I have 2 seats fixed license & using each on my two computers only. I already sent through Enscape Support & get an automated response where to send my request. 'Sending via the feedback button, I end up on the same automated response.

    Please help reset the license.
