"Enscape Renderer Error " I see this message and cannot open Enscape in sketchup 2020. I use laptop( surface pro) . What should I do?

'Fixed License: Seat count: 1' Does this mean I can install on only one device? Or can I install on two computers (my laptop and desktop) but can use only one device at one time.

I would like to use Enscape on my office desktop computer and also on my laptop from home. I will not be using the devices at the same time. I purchased the FIXED LICENSE w/ ONE SEAT COUNT.

I downloaded latest sketchup now but I still have same tool bar without tree and checkboard icon.

old version of sketchup? or enscape? I have sketchup pro 2019.
