The root cause is that the customer's seats are not enough. The customer has added seats and hopes that this problem will not occur again. They have been told that if this problem occurs again, they can click the feedback button. Thank you for your help.

The 6th person can use it normally, and "one of those machines can not use" will receive a message: The slot is full, and then it becomes a watermark.

One of our customers purchased floating licenses for multiple seats, and recently discovered that when all nodes are in use, if someone else joins, the nodes in use will be occupied and cannot be used normally. What is the solution?

I find that when I buy multiple licenses with an existing account or a new account, if I use the same email address, I won't see all the licenses after logging in.

Is it possible to display all the licenses purchased with the same email address in the account?

That's not possible and is the idea of a floating license. Fixed seat means that the license is limited to one physical machine. Floating means one machine simultanously.
