Si es un problema.
Según lo que entiendo es porque la imagen no esta registrada como textura dentro de ArchiCAD.
Una solución : clic derecho en el objeto y convertirlo en Forma dentro de ArchiCAD.
La imagen se convertirá en textura dentro de ArchiCAD y aparecerá en Enscape.

Yes it's a problem.
If I'm not mistaken it's because the image is not registered as a texture within ArchiCAD.
A solution : right click on the object and convert to Morph within ArchiCAD.
The image will be stored as a texture within ArchiCAD and will show in Enscape.
