BbbBear , that is strange - well, maybe you can now install the latest drivers which you can download from the NVIDIA homepage, maybe it'll work fine then?

Unfortunately, I report to u it's still doesn't work after installed the latest driver.
Find an alpha texture picture then put it to the "Albedo"→"Mask" can make the semi-transparent curtain.
Hi Gutberlet, tell u good news the problem was solved roughly, but I don't think it's a correct solution.
All the provided solve ways didn't work, even I restart machine many times.
Sketchup - said no intel chip couldn't open (pic.1)
Enscape - still show a notice it's using intel chip. ( but I selected Nvidia one already)
Finally, I decided to delete the Nvidia driver then reinstall it.
After I deleted it by DDU and not yet reinstall a new driver, I doesn't do any selection, just try to open SketchUp then check the GPU,
OOOh!!
It's using Nvidia now! (pic. 2)
And further, the Enscape can open and ran rendering too!
Sooooooo weird
The condition on my machine now: running Nvidia chip automatically, but no driver(pic. 3), ventilation fan doesn't run, SketchUp does working, Enscape does working.

In this case, kindly try the "General Solution" which is detailed in the dedicated Multi GPU Issues knowledgebase article here:

This means, simply deactivating the Intel graphics all together, which usually does the trick!

I have tried many times according to "General Solution" tutorial, however it seems not work.
And I also follow the instructions to disable the Intel graphics card via the windows device manager, but it bring out other problem, sketchup can't open.
A pops up window noticed sketchup need the Intel GPU to run.
Hi, I want to do rendering on sketchup after made the 3d model, but it only pops up the window say It is using the Intel GPU.
I'm using the Nvidia GPU actually so I have no idea what wrong of it, tried many times but not work.
Does anyone have a solution? Thx
