Hello,
I am having some difficulties with adding some sound sources to the model.
This one in particular is showing a Warning symbol on the Enscape window.
I have two questions. Why is this warning coming up? And is there a source of reference, a knowledge article or something of the sort listing some best practice and workarounds when working with Sound Sources in Enscape?

We are thinking on purchasing a Meta Oculus Quest 2 for using with Revit/Sketchup + Enscape.
Is this product supported with the latest versions of Enscape? And if so, is there a knowledge article with instructions for setting it up for best performance?

UPDATE: we have just tried downgrading the Enscape version to 3.4.3+93121 and the problem persists

The users have sent the Feedback along with the LogFiles but all they received so far was an automated reply asking to check if they were running latest builds + graphics drivers and test opening Revit on Safe Mode. Like I mentioned above, we have did all those checks and the problem persists.
Is there anything we might need to look at?

Users are running Enscape 3.4.4

We are experiencing the same problem with several users at the studio. The error message below comes up frequently.
They are running the latest builds for Revit and Enscape.
The latest graphics card drivers have been installed.
We have started Revit in Safe Mode to check for conflicts with other Add-Ins.
We have rebooted the PCs.
We have also used Enscape's Feedback tool but only got an automated reply.
Has anyone found the solution to this problem?
Can Enscape's Support help, please?

We have Assets starting to show disproportionately large.
Same problem as in this past issue.
Tried to delete the Issues folder, as suggested in this other post, to not avail.

Hello,
We have been getting Enscape to take circa 20mins to update when opening a new 3D view.
The Performance graphs on the Task Manager do not report anything to be stacking up.
The Revit models themselves are not slow. This just seems to happen when opening the Enscape window.
Any suggestions on how can we improve Enscape's performance?

Has any of you came across this problem?
Some of the Assets are showing disproportionately large in relation to the buildings.
We have not scaled it and they are just showing up without any warning.
We tried to delete the assets but they are still showing.
If this is relevant, these assets are placed on a model that is being linked into the model from which we are running Enscape.

Hello,
I am having problems loading some Cloud Panorama links.
They seem to work fine if I open them in the PC I am remoting to (using Remote Desltop) but they cannot load if opening them locally as it is locked with a black screen and spinning wheel.
Screenshots below from the same Enscape page containing a pano opened in the RDP session and locally.
What might be happening?

We are getting the same problem.
Trying to open link and can only see a black screen in cloud panoramas that were previously working.
I have checked the Javascript settings and they are enabled.
Any other suggestions?
