    Hi, we want to evaluate Enscape for our consultancy.


    We downloaded the free trial and ran the .msi, but the installation only provided a folder with a subfolder called "settings" that has no contents.

    So there is not an app to open.
    We have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times,

    We disabled the AV software (trend Micro).


    The .msi version is 2.6.2+15363

    We run windows 10, the host programs are Revit 2018, 2019.


    Any advice would be much appreciated,
