Update: I installed the Preview above, and I also updated my graphics driver and the problem still persists.

Hi Demian,
Thank you for your response. I sent feedback via the feedback button, as well as an email from the contact form on your website containing my log files from those two folders.
I will try downloading the Preview, but won't be able to confirm if it works for several days, as it's not predictable when it will fail.

Yes, I am currently on ethernet. Please, I promise you it is not a connectivity issue. I've run speed tests, I've been on several connections, tried wifi and wired. It is not a connectivity issue. It is an Enscape bug that I am on the enscape forum to try to find out how to fix.

Yes, it's been on several different wifi networks over the past year. It doesn't appear to be any upload speed or connection issues. It goes through the entire upload, and then gives that error at the very end. So, it appears to be an Enscape bug rather than a network issue.
Edit: file size could be anything. It happens across all my models, despite file size.

Hi Phil,
Thanks for your response. My IT department hasn't changed anything, and the issue has persisted for almost a year now. We don't use any proxy settings - it's set to system default.

I've been having a recurring error where I get the following message when trying to export web standlones:
"An error occurred during the upload, please try again later."
It happens about 70% of the time, and restarting or installing new Enscape updates does not seem to help. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi Demian,
Almost a full year and several updates later and this problem still persists. Time of day has no impact on it (nor should that matter). Restarting the machine fixes it for one time, but then it's right back to error messages. Please please please resolve this error on Enscape's end. I'm getting extremely frustrated. Screenshots won't tell you anything - it's just the same error message Hume put above.

Hello, I am having this issue as well. Restarting fixes temporarily but the issue always returns. Has there been a solution found yet?
