Micha All 4 CADs work differently. This kind of effect is possible in Revit (materials without backside) and SketchUp (different materials for frontside and backside). In theory we read materials for frontside and backside separately via the Rhino API, but I have never encountered a single case during testing with those being different. If you achieve to have different materials, this might be possible. This effect is definitely not possible in ArchiCAD because there is only a single material for every surface.

ericooliveira Try to uninstall Enscape and install into another folder, which does not contain special characters like "É". We are aware of issues in this regard but haven't found the time to fix them, yet.

archimedia This should already be fixed in 2.3.3.1642 preview version

vjaramillo The message about a missing .Net Framework can also be caused by a corrupt installation. So just execute the installer again with all SketchUp instances closed.
If this does not help, install a previous version and send feedback, adding a link to this post. I'd like to take a look at the log files in this case.

Gadget still waiting for a repro case. Does not happen with the projects we use for internal testing.

https://enscape3d.com/knowledgebase/panorama-cardboard/ or search in this forum. Several users suggested other hosting services already.
Regarding focal length: There is no way to control it. You can try changing the aspect ratio of the browser window.

- for example can I delete my so many test panoramas?
click the "..." button
you can select multiple panoramas with shift/ctrl and delete them all at once
- can I rename any panorama?
- how can I even name a panorama?
at the moment you can't. But you can group by project or date
- how can I use the QR code? - I mean here, can I somehow save it as a file or provide it for print or a sticker?
click the "..." button, you can save it to a file or copy into the clipboard
- how can i save and "play" a panorama without using the Enscape cloud?
click the "..." button and save as file - or double click the image
then, use any other service that supports these kind of panoramas

samuelab Can you reproduce the corrupted Enscape session with a specific project and view-switching? If yes, I'd like to take a look at your project and try to fix it.

Right now the profile itself of the IES file is used. The luminosity you set in the lights UI defines the luminosity of the brightest part of the IES.
At the moment there are no specific plans to change this behaviour.

Micha Rhino's toolbar system is a little weird.
It allows user modifications, but if we don't reset your toolbar on update you will never see buttons that were added in the meantime.
So you want both sync features to enable/disable? Saving you one click. What if one is on, the other is off?
Another thing to consider: Rhino's toolbar has no state, you can't indicate on/off states like it's possible in revit/sketchup/archicad, so Enscape tries to have a very simple logic. Having to changes on one button is working against this goal.
In short: I can understand that you want to save one click, but unless you have very good reasons I don't think we will change the behaviour.

mpotoka I guess you talk about linking SketchUp files into one main SketchUp file. The linked file uses the materials defined in it, and the main model uses it's own materials. No overriding by name or any other mechanism exists. No materials are stored in the settings, they are included in the skp files (with the exception of additional textures which are linked by folder+filename)

Unfortunately there is a default 100-second timeout for the upload in the software. I suppose you ran into this limit. We're going to release a bugfix with the next preview version, increasing this timeout.

(Personally I can't understand why every panorama is saved(/loaded) from every model ever created? Remove that and it will be waaaay faster
)
Unless the project/model name is encoded into the file/directory name (which is not the case at the moment), the file has to be read to know whether it's from the matching project.

When starting for the first time, Enscape needs to open every panorama file and read the first few bytes of it. Somehow this takes quite some time. For subsequent starts your filesystem has cached all the necessary data and reading is very quick. We can try to improve performance, but I'm not sure yet on what level the performance is lost (hardware, OS, Enscape).
