I'm having some problems with the reflections theme.
forum.enscape3d.com/wcf/index.php?attachment/25069/
I have a lot of trees in the back as you see in the shadows in the front
similar tools like twinmotion or unity I think they have this "reflections probes" that you can add to a scene and it pushes the software to improve the reflections on an area, I don't know the technical implications on this in Enscape, but it can be a huge improvement to this amazing tool.
New Enscape object maybe? please?

Yep, I used that around 3 years ago; switched to real-time changed my life; I just keep using the podium browser, great resources
-
not also thirds but the option to change to other proportions it's nice for other compositions
-
Another alternative that I use is to have a master texture material with cubes, with categories for each material; first you work on that file, and then you copy the cube to the file you want it.
I'm using a technique similar to the Supodium Browser that you import cubes into the model, but manually -
Well, good news about the new logo and new UI, but I will use for the moment 2.9 for any deliveries, if I'm feeling experimental I will try new version.

nice anime

As users, we need to have more controls of the behaviors like this one; we can have a controlled UI to push for these reflections or objects to show, this also applies to reflections on windows if we add trees or houses behind the camera, we need to push for the reflections in the back of the camera to show on the front of the window glass.
also, the grass showing on the camera ( far planes, etc.) different scenarios for different projects -
I would love to vote on that; I know we are not the company's owners, but your clients have a heavyweight in the decision; maybe use a voting system with the current users?

Nice! will try Parsec! thanks!

I think you can also make a smaller window for Enscape, and it will demand fewer resources? I remember seeing this in another forum post; maybe it is a workaround for larger projects?
Not optimal, but an option. -
And now I'm 100% stuck in Transmutr...
trying to export a 117 MB obj from blender and leaving Transmutr working for several minutes, any estimate on the amount of time for this? and the size of the corresponding skp file?Leaving the files here if someone can help me! good CPU and GPU maybe is the trick? the jpg texture is in the same folder
nevermind! it worked! -

I'm trying the methodology right now! Wish me luck.
I'm in the RenderDoc step; I will attach images if I was successful in my test.I will comment on my hiccups and how to avoid them; this is an amazing method with great potential for context, aerial renders, I think any type of application for enscape or SketchUp can be improved with this method, I think you can extract other data from chrome not only google earth.
I'm happythe first of many hiccups:
you will need this in order to make it:- Windows: This add-on is not available on Linux nor MacOS for technical reasons.
- Blender 2.82 or above (2.91 recommended): https://www.blender.org/download/
- RenderDoc 1.10 (NOT 1.11): https://renderdoc.org/builds
- Chrome or Microsoft Edge (
) - current build for chrome is required also (had a lot of problems with this, also you will need to enable hardware acceleration - I hate the amounts of insane RAM that Chrome needs to function)
when you are capturing in the modified version of Chrome, you need to move the map ( I used google earth web as suggested by Herbo) and sometimes you need to move quicker or slower ( that happens with me a bunch of times).
For installing plugins in Blender is very simple check this video timeless
When you install the plugin you need to wait to appear on the list and check the box ( you can also search for it)so going to use transmutr now!

A nice tool to change normal maps to displacement maps, and other fun stuff

consider a donation if you use it

I was checking youtube, and I saw this video from a channel I like to watch; in this part of the video, he touch on an interesting point for render engines in general, neural rendering tech., is there something on the horizon for Enscape to implement something of this technology into the pipeline?
