I have the same problem with me RTX 5000 which was recommended by Enscape 1 year ago. I turned off Hardware-accelerated Ray Tracing and I got it to work

The non reflecting mirrors is also an issue for me.

I think being able to choose shadow map size would be great. i also have a horrible case of the jaggeds

Just got this back from Enscape
We believe this is an OUT OF MEMORY issue that is caused by a bug that does not consider the amount of VRAM taken by the geometry in a project.
The developers are aware of this issue and are trying to resolve this is as soon as possible. Thanks for the tip about GPU-Z . The crash happens a few seconds after I hit render. It worked the first time but then I changed scenes and it happened. It kept happening every time after as well. I have a workaround now untill it's fixed. Thanks for helping out.

Thanks turning off the Hardware accelerate Ray Tracing fixed the issue. I'm not sure where I can see if it see's both cards in Enscape. The task manager shows 1-7 % only of one GPU being used. It shows the Dedicated GPU Memory only at 24 GB? Could that be the problem? The shared GPU is 128 GB. When I turn the RTX feature back on it crashes and I get a TDR has beeen detected error form the Nvidia OpenGL Driver. The performance never went above 4% in the Task Manager. On the Nvidia website it says you can increase the timeout value in the Windows registry. Has anyone tried that?

Thanks though getting the new machine was partly so I could take advantage of the hardware accelerated ray tracing.

I got a new thinkstation with Nvidia Dual RTX A5000 cards to speed up my Enscape work. When I go to rendera 7680 x 4320 I get and Enscape Render Error and it crashes. I have the newest drivers and tried seting up the Nvidia settings as recomended but that did not help. I also then get a Open GL TDR message afterwards. My old machine with it GTX 1080 will render fine. I'd appreciate any help as the new machine was bought to work faster and now it's not working at all. It's got a newer processor and 256 RAM.
Thanks Ruby

Ok so I figured this out. You need to replace the texture first in Sketchup and then in the Enscape material to keep it in the right place. If you do it in Enscape first it loses the size and placement when you replace it.

Hi I have the problem with some plamts we are using that I get the invalid texture notice. When I update it its fine for a few seconds and then jumps and the texture mapping is off. Any ideas on how to fix this? Anyone else having the same errors?

Sorry have not been able to try it yet. I'm having dental issues and a ton of work.

I have yet to try it with my Beefed up laptop. I'll try next week and let you know.

I think the problem might be I did not know I needed to have Oculus software on my PC. Thanks for all the help.
Worked like a charm!

I keep hearing about the Oculus app but are you referring to one on the headset? I can't seem to find it.

I have an Oculus Quest 2 with the link cable along with virtual desktop installed on my PC. I can see Enscape on Sketchup with Virtual desktop but get a searching for head mounted display when I select the VR icon. I don't want to deal with the hassle of side quest. Anyone got any tips? I saw someone posted to change the Oculus app to allow unknown devices but I do not see that anywhere on either the phone or the headset settings. Do I need to use virtual desktop to have an immersive experience
Thanks in advance for any hints.
