This should be a basic human right to share library paths. Even that overpriced garbage software Lumion has the ability to somewhat do this.

Hi. I'm trying to figure out how to keep the floor color from bleeding onto the ceiling. the space doesn't look like this in real life. What setting do I need to adjust to keep the brown tint off the ceiling? Thanks in advance.

It's bizarre how it doesn't have such a simple resource!
It's bizarre nobody from @Escape has ever answered this. I feel they don't answer much on these forums. I wonder if Vray has better support? It's been 17 days and not even a get lost or a sorry. Is there a better support forum somewhere else that I don't know about?

Keyshot just implemented automatic color correcting for textures. So it automatically adjusts the lighting so the textures are rendered the correct color. I haven't used it but I was reading about it so it is possible.

I've searched the forum but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Can someone point me to where I can find out the best practices to share an Escape ready Sketchup model with someone outside my network? I want to send someone my model with lights, materials, and settings completed on my end. They need to be able to open the model and continue the edits. Can someone also point me to best practices for merging materials from a Finished SU Enscape model to another SU model with the same material names? I can do it individual materials but when you have 100 it takes a long time. Thank you in advance.

I had this issue also. It only seems to happen when the light is facing down toward the ground. When they are facing up towards the ceiling it works for me, Definitely a bug.

Also I have a student license so that is where the confusion might be coming in. This username is from my old personal license I had a few years ago. So really I can give you my license info so Enscape Help can answer my question.

How do I remove these watermarks/Links in the web export?
-
I was trying to save settings and FOV's in either the SketchUp scenes or the newly created Escape scenes as we would when normally using Sketchup. Thats why I was having issues. It wasn't until Demian replied that I googled what he wrote "linked visual settings presets" and found the instructions I linked above. Thats when I noticed the arrow and that solved all of my problems once I found how easy it was. I wasn't actually saving settings presets. I was just trying to right-click and update my scene tabs. Thanks For your help Tomasz

Got it. I missed the visual settings arrow to open the custom preset UI. Now I'm able to save presets and batch render my original SketchUp views correctly. Thank you for your help

Look at the two images I attached. The one labeled "correct" is when I export a single image. The image labeled "wrong" is when I batch export. There must be some instructions somewhere. My Camera FOV is 55 and that is a very normal FOV.. I find it hard to believe nobody else has had this problem OR if they had someone would chime in and call me stupid. I really really find it surprising that nobody from the Enscape support team has written a response to me questioning if they even have Enscape support teams.
@Tomasz Drgas have you seen any actual Enscape provided instructions on best practices for correct batch image creation? -
It's still buggy and it doesn't always render the full view. I'm only using a FOV of 55. If I want the full view rendered I have to render individually. I'm really surprised someone from the actual Enscape team hasn't commented or directed me to the proper set of steps to bach render the exact view chosen. It seems like something that should be easy to find for something so common in the Sketchup workflow.
-
I take it the lack of responses from the @Enscape teams means that I am on my own trying to figure out the correct process to batch render the correct saved views?
-
I only use perspective. I figured there would be escape documentation on the subject? I tried following your thread but i was a little confused as to the exact process from start to finish on how to get the correct selected scenes to batch render correctly. Can you list steps 1-10? Thanks in advance
-
I have to export single images to get the scene to export correctly. Batch rendering does not replicate the exact saved views. I have the safe frame checked, sync views, and live updates checked. What am I missing?

When I used vray 2.o for Sketchup I used "Vray tools" and it had the ability to match viewport outputs exactly. across multiple renders, multiple machines, different years, and it all worked all regardless of the window or monitor size. I would suggest reaching out to Thom Thom and see how he resolved the "Safeframe" issue because it is not impossible to fix this issue.

So I am able to get simple components to update with Enscape assets but Im not able to get components to update that are created with the Placemaker plugin. That is the only times I have really needed that feature. I will test a smaller area and see if that works.
-
I have a Sketchup site model created by Placemaker and it has a forest of flat 2d trees that are all components. I want to replace all those 2d trees with Enscape assets. When I double click to go inside the component and place in a Enscape asset tree it only renders out as a white tree shaped low poly surface with zero textures. If I place the same asset outside the component it renders normal. I even tried saving out assets and reloading 2d tree component with one of the assets and it does the same thing.
-
I also have this issue with trees and plants. I try to replace an Tree asset into a component and just the basic tree shape shows up as a white blob and does not render correctly.

+1 on Ted's comment about client server issues
