Whenever you encounter any issues with Enscape or your subscription please reach out to our dedicated support team directly through the Help Center or by using the Feedback button as detailed here.

Morning, dvsone1440, glad that worked for you as well!

rifkin , would it be possible for you to share this (test) project with us as well, perhaps this is related and in dsvone's project the actual asset was also in a different location in SU.

If that would be possible, I have sent you a DM with an upload link as well.

    Hi dvsone1440

Thank you for sharing the project.

As a quick fix, you could delete the asset by opening the Asset Library in our viewport, select the asset and use the 'delete' button on your keyboard.

So far, I was also not able to figure this out either, but will have another look at this and perhaps include our developers to see what may have caused this, or if we can prevent this from happening again.

    I will keep you updated.

    Hi dvsone1440

That is odd indeed, can you verify that the object is also not showing in SketchUp when choosing Edit > Unhide > All

If it doesn't, are you able to share the project with us so we can further investigate this issue?

If so, I have sent you a DM with a link where you can upload it to.

    Hi lvasilyeva

    Welcome to our forum.

As this is an almost 2 year old thread, could you please re-install Enscape for 'all users' as seen here, using our latest release as found here.

Should you continue to experience this issue, then please send in a screenshot of this behavior and a feedback report including the log files as seen here.

Please also add a link to this thread in the description field for context.

    Hi Aliceinthewonderland

    Welcome to our forum.

In the first instance, can you make sure you are using our latest release version as found  here.

And, can you confirm you are in the correct view in Rhino as well, as it may seem that the clipping plane is inactive in Rhino but still working in Enscape even though it is activated in a different view for example.

If that is not the case, then please send in a feedback report including the log files as seen here.

Please also add a link to this thread and my name in the description of the report for context.

    Hi SandyCohen

Glad to hear your enthusiasm regarding the Mac beta so far!

The Web Standalone is unfortunately not a 1-on-1 and will show equivalent to our 'Draft' rendering mode, this is the same when not on Mac, this is simply due to technical limitations, you can find more information on the limitations in our Knowledgebase article here as well.

Video textures are also not supported due to these limitations, it seems we hadn't added that to the list yet, however.

Should there still be a big difference between your project and the Web Standalone then you can of course contact us to see what might be causing this.

Some example images of the 'Draft' quality project vs. the Web Standalone would be helpful in that case.

Regarding the disabling of WASD controls for Web Standalones, this is due to some key combinations that are often made as mentioned by Alexander in this post.

You can however forward your feedback directly via our Public Voting Portal here to our Product Management team.

    Hi fco3d

We don't support Rhino Inside, and I am not aware of any work arounds for this, perhaps other users can chime in for that however.

You can now forward this feature request directly to our product management department however as seen in our thread here.

    Dear Forum Community,

We've just released the latest Enscape v3.4 Preview Version 3.

This version contains the following new additions and improvements:

    UPDATE

    • Asset Library Performance Improvements

The performance of the offline asset library has been massively improved.

    NEW

    • Camera Update in View Management (WIP now also for Rhino)

We have extended the functionality to update the camera position and orientation of views in Rhino.

Known Issues: Note that some issues persist at the moment, sometimes the button allowing you to reset the camera to the original state will be enabled because we cannot quite distinguish between the original and change state. If the projection mode (perspective, two-point, ortho) that was used to create the view and the projection mode currently shown in Enscape differ then the view is always considered to be in a "dirty" state because saving changes will change the native projection mode.

    • Custom Asset Editor Category Management (WIP)

You can now delete projects and assign custom assets to categories via drag and drop inside the new browsing area of the Custom Asset Editor.

Caution: The asset projects will be removed permanently and cannot be recovered but they will not yet disappear from the output directory.

Please refer to this article for instructions on how to download the Preview version.

Please note: Preview versions are not production-proven, so be aware that there can be issues, and please report any of them back to us either on this thread or via the normal support channels. Doing so will help us with providing an even more stable and reliable product in the future.

    Hi Colin Holgate

VR isn't supported in the open Mac beta yet.

Please stay tuned for any updates regarding our Mac beta through our mailing list.

In case you haven't signed up for this yet, you can do so here.

    Hi bricken

The trial version is not different from our normal release besides having some limitations.

To help us better understand what is causing this, please send us a feedback report including the log files as seen here.

In the description field, please add link to this thread for context.
