Hi Christian, thank you for your questions. I just checked Enscape in Sketchup and it actually seems to be working just fine. So the interface issue seems to be specific to Vectorworks. I ran both on the same machine. Attached are screenshots of the resolution settings I have on both my computer and on Vectorworks respectively. Are there any specific settings you suggest I change? Thank you!

I have Vectorworks 2022 installed along with the latest version of Enscape 3.1.2. Lately when trying to render and make videos, I am finding the interface to be totally glitchy. Buttons disappear and blur out making it almost impossible to do anything. Please see example of the problem attached. My graphics driver is also up to date..

Please let me know if there is a solution for this.

Thank you! I looked through that post, and it seems too Revit specific to apply to Vectorworks (for example you can not apply a material to different faces of an object in VW). If anyone has had luck in Vectorworks, please let me know!

I am having difficulty getting images to show properly on glass. In the material editor update, the transparency toggles the texture/image with the glass and it is really hard to control. Does anyone have any insight into how to achieve the correct results? I have attached an example of the effect I am trying to achieve. Thanks!

In addition people with sight detection canes would be great as well!

I love the asset library, especially the collection of people. I do, however, think there could be much more diversity in the selection of different ethnicities, family groups, ages, body types, abilities and sizes, etc. I especially noticed that the selection of children and families is limited. Would love to see a wide range of ethnicities/backgrounds to choose from. Different poses and physical abilities are also important. Can we have some people in more interactive poses such as pointing, leaning forward to look at something below, looking up, looking excited and engaged. Would like to see some visually impaired folks with sight detection cane as well, folks in wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Thank you so much for your consideration!

I am having issues getting a transparent image to show in Enscape. It shows fine in VW OpenGL, but renders opaque in ENscape. Is there a workaround to this? Attached are screenshots of the texture settings. It is set as a glass texture with the image as the color. Attached as well is a screenshot showing what it looks like in OpenGL vs. Enscape. I updated Enscape to the most recent update for Vectorworks yesterday. I also updated my NVIDIA graphics card to the latest driver (NVIDIA Studio Driver 451.77) and checked my system/program settings to make sure they are configured correctly for Vectorworks. Since the update, I have been experiencing significant lags in performance. For example, when I open Enscape, it takes around 10-15 minutes to load the scene; whereas before it was loading almost instantly. I also notice that there is a huge amount of lag in the real time updates and syncing. It takes a long time for the render view to reflect any changes I make to the scene in Vectorworks. I understand that the complexity of the file I am working in plays into this lag, but did not think it would be this significant. The file is a 719,986 KB and has a lot of faceted, textured objects. I try to turn off as much as I can when I am not rendering them in my view. Once Enscape has loaded the geometry, it is very quick to move in the model through the Enscape window; however, once I change to a different view on Vectorworks, it takes a very long time to update the scene in Enscape. I am curious what advice/insight anyone might have into this. My file is becoming unworkable and time intensive to churn any views out.. Thanks!

I have been running into a problem starting up Enscape. It pauses at 5% and never loads. I was using Enscape to export views with no problem all last week. Today is the first time I had to use Enscape again since last Thursday, May 28. I spent quite a while doing troubleshooting today to no avail. I made sure I had the updated release of Enscape as well as the other programs required (such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 Redistributable x64 and Vulkan) I made sure VS is service pack 3 and updated as well. My graphics card is up to date, and I also disabled some of the recommeded programs from my startup menu. I am running out of troubleshooting ideas, and need help to figure out how to get Enscape back up and running again.
