bsoler Older versions also worked fine for me. It seems to be a problem on your side, in the network or on the PC. It may be Windows Defender or other software, or network policy forbidding Enscape or your PC to access our API address. Make sure your PC/network allows access to http://api.enscape3d.com at port 80.

Chris you can enable view sync (button on the panel) or save Revit view as a favorite view (also on the Enscape panel) to be able to reuse it quickly. It will let you to get the same camera position and orientation.
renderwiz I don't get what you try to achieve, but you can edit XML file manually for sure

1. Enable view sync, click on a keyframe, set camera within SketchUP and apply keyframe changes
2. Create favorite view, cick on a keyframe, click on a favorite view, apply keyframe change
renderwiz sure! Click on the keyframe and you can change all the available properties, including position and orientation.
snowyweston this issue was fixed in preview 2.2.0.79, thus the latest release also doesn't have this problem. Video path is not visible on any capturings.
4interiors camera path has nothing to do with 3d mouse. We'll check what can be done based on what have been done with the 3d mouse after 2.1.3.1247.

What is the purpose of editing it manually? These exports are not intended to be edited, but to give ablility to have multiple paths and to share them.
If you need to set exact keyframe positions and orientations you can use view sync with the host application and simply add keyframes when camera is on desired position.

Sure you can download new version, its a fresh stable release. You can always roll back to an older version if something goes wrong.
We'll check what's up with the version you use now. Please also make sure its not a problem on your PC or network. And let us know if new version will solve the problem.
You can still use GUI buttons to add keyframes in Rhino 
But yes, if you only want to reset first keyframe you now have a bit more clicks to do.
One alternative to the workflow would be not to remove the path completely, but to click on the start keyframe in Enscape window to go into edit mode. Then select desired view in Rhino and click "Apply" in Enscape.
I cannot reproduce yet. Which Enscape version do you use? Does it still fail to upload?
Any other tools fail to work with Enscape videos? Does it happen with the recent preview versions or for some longer time period already?
Could you explain why is it fater/easier to control?
Having the new complex path I can imagine following workflow:
* Go to a view
* Press k
* Go to another view
* Press k
* Export video
* Click Remove path button
* Repeat for other views
I don't really see how the old way with two keyframes video path can be better here.Plus now you can save all 17 paths and load instead of clicking thorugh the views.
Yuo definitely have to try our fresh preview version which you can find at the download page
You are now able to configure a camera path for video production using multiple keyframes with several varying parameters per keyframe.
Or wait a couple of weeks untill we release next stable version which will contain this feature.
kkelley is the problem still present on your hardware with the recent preview version released last week?
One option how to do it now would be to use layered screenshots in manual postprocessing.
1. Export layered screenshot with white mode disabled ("normal")
2. Export screenshot in white mode
3. Use exported MaterialID screenshot as a mask to cut out materials that have to be non-white from the white-mode screenshot
4. Lay postprocessed white-mode screenshot over "normal" screenshot
jlucasarc it seems we have two more reports of this strange effect. We're working to resolve this issue.
Temporary solution for you would be to roll back to a previous version until fix comes out.
