Anyone have a solution for this issue on Rhino6?

I installed the most updated Enscape for trial. However when I startcommand, the preview window is completely blank. The blank window only shows when I hover over Rhino tab but I can't even click into it. I tried rendering the view and the render exports but the preview will never work. I have reinstalled/repaired and restart my computer but nothing works. Anyone have same issue?
