  • hello, do you know if there is a way to deactivate your license if you can't access the hard drive enscape is installed on? I know some other programs let you do it from your account.

    • Where? Sorry, I'm new to enscape. I have almost a year left on my license but now I can't use enscape because it was installed on a hard drive that no longer works.

    • I am not tech support, but I will try and explain :) If this does not make sense you should contact support.


      After you log in at the link I sent (you will need your password) you will see your username initials on the top right, near the "Get My Free Trial" button. If you click that and choose "My Account" you should see the license management page.
